One of the greatest challenges in learning to become accountable for our emotional responses comes with defensiveness. Like anger, defensiveness is commonly directed toward another person or situation. Just as we tend to claim, "I'm angry at Joe," we try to blame others "for making me feel defensive." Of course, as we develop self-awareness, we can recognize our emotional feelings as personal responses to stimuli, rather than the cause of our problem.

In our next Premium Audio Training, we'll explore the heartache behind typical defensiveness, and answer the not-so-obvious questions: "Who am I really defending," and "defending against what or whom?" The first 20-minutes is podcast free-of-charge, plus and you can enroll for the entire 90-minute program for less than seven dollars at the Mystery School Premium Audio Training Enrollment page.  You will receive an email within 24-hours with the link to either stream or download the full 90-minute Premium Audio Training
