Aging as Spiritual Journey

with Dr. Connie Zweig

Show Notes —

"Aging is an extraordinary process where you become the person you always should have been."

— David Bowie

Hello AWMS subscriber :

Aging is one thing we all have in common. Everyone is getting older at the same rate. But while some are dragged into their senior years kicking and screaming, others assume the mantle of Elder with grace and elegance.

Our featured guest this week is Dr. Connie Zweig, author of The Inner Work of Age: Shifting from Role to Soul. Scheduled for release on September 7th, this newest book by Connie explores the internal experiences of people 50+ and their unconscious obstacles to aging.

The Ageless Wisdom Mystery School program is heard every Tuesday at 1:00 PM Pacific on KPFK-90.7 FM for all of Southern California. It also live-streams for the world at www.KPFK.org (20:00 UTC) and is podcast on all platforms.
