This Sunday's free Zoom class — Dec. 18, '22 at 11:00 AM PST (-8:00 UTC/GMT)— will be our last meeting this year. We will return on Sunday, Jan. 8, '23.

Consequently, I have a special "Wisdom of the Soul" class planned on Loving-Kindness, known as "metta" in Sanskrit.
