Opening our Saturday Wisdom Zoom Salon to everyone last week was a great success. We more than doubled our usual number of participants and had a great conversation about our hurt, anger, and anxiety in the wake of the November 5 Presidential election.
Happily, we never discussed politics — only consciousness, especially how anger and hatred are poisons that can lead us to even greater suffering unless properly managed and understood.
